Dentist is very nice and knowledgeable. Due to some office sicknesses, there was a bit of a wait but the staff did call and apologize and explain the situation. Very good customer service.

Love this office! The staff is all super friendly and they are very kid-oriented. My kids were actually excited to go back. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist for their kids!!

I have been bringing my kids to Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry for 10 years. I was initially blown away by there attentiveness and care for my children and it has been consistent ever since!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Weinstein and the amazing staff there for your children's dental care!

Thank you Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry for making my family feel comfortable every visit. I’ve never had long wait times or questions that have gone unanswered. It can me difficult with 5 children to plan and maneuver dental visits but everyone at the practice has been considerate and extremely helpful.

Couldn’t be happier. My son is very nervous when trying new things especially with doctors! I couldn’t sleep the night before dreading his first dentist appointment. The entire office is kid friendly from the waiting room to the decorated rooms! Dawn was so amazing at almost immediately making my son feel at ease. (And myself) The gentle and positive energy from Dr. Scott and from Dawn was so refreshing to have coming from the medical field. We walked in with my son almost in tears and left with huge smiles, prizes to take home and clean toddler teeth:) Would highly recommend to anyone!

I was impressed with everyone we met. I took my two sons here and they did really well. My oldest can have random PTSD attacks in “medical” situations and did AMAZINGLY well! I’m so happy to have found this place.

We love Dr. Scott and the staff at Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry! We brought our two year old son here three years ago with some serious cavities that had been missed by our regular dentist. Dr. Scott was able to save his 4 front top teeth with multiple root canals. Our regular dentist missed the cavities on his exams as recently as a month prior to coming to Ballantyne. Our child wasn't eating good and we could tell he was in pain. We took him to two other clinics and the news was grim since they wanted to pull his teeth. In desperation we did some research and found this Ballantyne clinic an hour and a half away from our home. We called and we could tell they cared. They cared!! That meant so much because none of the other clinics seemed to really care. So we made the 90 minute drive and we've never been disappointed with their services since that first visit. After 3+ years of a happy smile and a little boy that can eat without pain, yeah, we HIGHLY recommend Dr. Scott!!!

This office was great! Checked all my boxes! Consistent Communication... Appt started on time...Child friendly waiting room. Staff was very friendly and I have to say Summer was amazing throughout the whole tooth extraction process. Dr. Weinstein was very patient...upbeat and took his time explaining the after care expectations. I would recommend this office to all my friends and family with children. Thanks again for the great experience.

We took our son Flynn (18 months) to this practice for his first dentist appointment and it was great. All of the ladies were so friendly and sweet to us. Both the staff and Dr. Scott interacted with our son and helped to put him at ease. The office decore and toys were also perfect for children. We had a wonderful experience and definitely recommend it for others looking for a pediatric dentist!

Our family loves this Dentistry! Our kids are always excited to come. The entire staff is friendly and inviting. Dr. Scott is fantastic with our kids and takes the time each visit to speak with us directly. He even personally called to follow up the next day to check on our daughter after having her filling done. We drive almost 45 minutes away to come to this office because of the great care they provide. I highly recommend Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry.

I would recommend Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Scott Weinstein to anyone needing a dentist for a child/children. The office decor is perfectly child-friendly in every detail, down to the rest room. Dr. Scott is excellent with youngsters of all ages. The kids who go to Dr. Scott come away with smiles, awards, and great self confidence. If one is concerned that his/her kid might develop a fear of dentists, Dr. Scott and his staff are the perfect choice.

Exceeds expectations. They might have sent me a reminder like 6 times leading up to the appointment but it was very appreciated! They definitely understand how busy parents are and how easy it is to forget appointments. The wait was minimal and the dental assistant was so patient & friendly with my very uncooperative 2 year old. Her & the doctor took the time to answer questions, thoroughly explained everything and then my son was showered with a selection of goodies on the way out. I highly recommend Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry! They are wonderful!

I have a 6 year old with pretty intense anxiety in any sort of medical office situation, but they were patient with her and got her through it. Dr. Scott was great with her and my daughter ended up leaving thinking she had a really good time. All of the staff, Kristen at the front especially, were extremely kind and helpful. I'm so glad I picked this as our dentist.

Our children recently had their 1st appointment at BPD and I was extremely pleased with the practice as well as their customer service. From making the new patient appointment all the way through the appointment itself and post visit follow-up the team was extremely kind and professional. Our 6yo Daughter had a great experience for her routine cleaning and our 3yo Son a wonderful first visit experience.

Dr. Scott and his team are great. Kristen in the front, and the lady at check (soooo sorry, can't remember your name) are so sweet. They really take the time to talk to u (same with Dr. Scott). Dawn and Hannah in the * back * have been so sweet in letting me know how my kids are doing. This is the perfect spot for us. My kids used to be scared of the dentist, now it's not an issue. I've got more issues taking them to get a flu shot if u ask me.
